1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and uuok1 ("uuok1", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the uuok1 website, mobile interface, and all associated betting, gaming, payment, and support services collectively referred to as "the Platform".

2. Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age

Access to and use of the uuok1 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or using any uuok1 service, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. uuok1 may require you to submit documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to have been created by individuals under the minimum age will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

uuok1 services are intended for players based in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. uuok1 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all locations. If access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use the service.

2.3 Personal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform, or whose accounts have been closed for breach of these Terms, are not eligible to re-register without prior written approval from the uuok1 compliance team.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access uuok1's betting and gaming services, you must register a member account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to maintain one active uuok1 account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited. uuok1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any balances or winnings associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact uuok1 support immediately via live chat on the Platform.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

uuok1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid national identity card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and a photograph of the payment method used (e.g., the mobile number registered with bKash or Nagad). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by uuok1 may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

uuok1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. Currently approved methods for Bangladesh members include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). uuok1 does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payments, or payments made from accounts not registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Maximum deposit limits may be applied to individual accounts at uuok1's discretion, particularly where enhanced due diligence is in progress. Deposits are credited to the member's uuok1 balance within seconds of successful confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 5–10 minutes under normal operating conditions. uuok1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of scheduled maintenance may experience extended processing times.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

Deposits made for any purpose other than genuine participation in betting and gaming are prohibited. uuok1 will not process withdrawals where the corresponding deposits have not been used for genuine wagering activity. Any account used for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile payment provider in relation to a legitimate uuok1 transaction is a breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is received, uuok1 will suspend the relevant account pending investigation and may seek to recover any funds subject to the chargeback through all available legal means.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on uuok1 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. uuok1 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where: the bet was placed after an event has commenced (unless in-play betting is available for that market); the offered odds were the result of a manifest error; or where fraudulent or irregular betting patterns are suspected.

5.2 Manifest Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure ("manifest error"), uuok1 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the member's account. uuok1's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.

5.3 Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time required for bets to stand (as defined in the specific sport's betting rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket markets, the minimum overs required for bets to stand will be stated in the relevant market rules displayed on the Platform.

5.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply across all sports and casino markets. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface. Where a winning bet or combination of bets would exceed the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the stated limit and the excess will not be paid.

6. Casino Games

6.1 Game Integrity

All slots and table games available on uuok1 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. uuok1's live casino offering, powered by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, is subject to those providers' own certified game management systems. uuok1 does not control the outcome of live dealer games.

6.2 Game Availability

The availability of specific games may be affected by scheduled maintenance, provider updates, or technical issues. uuok1 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Members are not entitled to compensation for temporary unavailability of any game.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino game or crash game session, uuok1's system will follow the relevant game provider's disconnection policy. Where a game round has been initiated and your bet confirmed, the round will proceed to its conclusion and the result recorded will be final. uuok1 accepts no liability for losses arising from connection interruptions on the member's side.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Eligibility and Claiming

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible uuok1 members subject to the specific terms of each offer. General eligibility requires a fully verified account in good standing. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available once per member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the automatic expiry of the bonus balance.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

uuok1 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk, hedge, or arbitrage bets to satisfy wagering requirements; and colluding with other members to abuse promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, uuok1 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.

7.4 uuok1 Right to Modify Offers

uuok1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes to promotions will not affect bets or wagers that were already submitted and accepted before the change took effect.

8. Responsible Gaming

uuok1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. The Platform provides self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods to help members manage their gambling activity. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uuok1 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
• Using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, unlawful, or money laundering activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the uuok1 platform or its software.
• Placing bets on behalf of, or funded by, another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Using the account of another member, or allowing another person to use your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the uuok1 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of uuok1 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of uuok1 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uuok1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical failures, interrupted connections, delayed transactions, or reliance on information provided on the Platform. uuok1 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit uuok1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your uuok1 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by uuok1

uuok1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; an account has been inactive for an extended period; or where closure is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. Where an account is closed by uuok1 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.

13. Amendments to These Terms

uuok1 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform or via the registered contact details on their account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
